Refund policy

We want you to love your Clip & Collect order! If there's an issue with your item (damaged, faulty, or incorrect), contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@clipncollect.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Because each piece is custom-made with your personalisation (name, event, colours), we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.
